Team Leader

About The Job

As a Team Leader in a BPO setting, you’ll be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents to meet performance targets, maintain quality standards, and deliver excellent service. You’ll monitor daily operations, provide real-time coaching, handle escalations, and ensure your team is aligned with both client expectations and internal KPIs. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage AI data projects, quality assurance, and process optimization.
  • Ensure team productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, and customer success).
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching and development plans.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in AI, data management, or technology-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
    Familiarity with AI model training, data annotation, or CX solutions (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
