We are looking for proactive and engaging trainers who are passionate about helping individuals grow their skills and knowledge. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing learning materials, and ensuring that trainees gain a deep understanding of key concepts. You should have strong communication skills, a structured approach to training, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering training and instruction to engage and stimulate existing and newly hired employees in a manner that promotes the transfer of knowledge and application of skills.
• Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Designing effective training programs.
• Conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Preparing educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Supporting and mentoring new employees.
• Keeping attendance and other records.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate, report, and provide updates in English clearly and professionally
• Available full-time (40 hours per week) with a scheduled 1-hour lunch break
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or facilitation is required
• Must have an up-to-date computer and stable internet connection
